Orchid Avenue was recently brought to life by 40/40 Creative, with a rich, eclectic mural from Sydney-based artist Alex Lehours, as part of a rebranding of The Avenue Surfers Paradise.

“The community are the ones who can really reap the benefits of street art,” says Nic Nichols, founder of 40/40.

“I think no matter what your age or who you are, this kind of street art – that is a bit daring, a bit bold with loads of personality – really captures your attention.”
